The city is part of the “Villes et pays d’Art et d’Histoire” network. No fewer than eighty-five edifices or parts of edifice are listed or classified as Historic Monuments!
During your stay, you can visit various tourist attractions all around Rennes:

TRAIN STATION / AIRPORT JOURNEY
If you notify them at least one week in advance, your host family will pick you up at the airport or train station on the day of your arrival.
